Excluded Areas: We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or any international destinations.
Address Restrictions: Due to the physical volume and industrial weight of our structural organizers—such as mobile filing units and heavy-duty archive drawers—as well as the specific limitations enforced by our courier networks, we are unable to deliver shipments to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO military addresses. A valid, physical street address must be provided during checkout to prevent automatic cancellation of your order.

Order Handling Time: This encompasses verification, structural quality inspection, secure packaging, and inventory dispatch. This phase requires 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday). Orders placed during weekends or major public holidays are processed during the next active business week.
Logistics Transit Time: Once dispatched from our facility, shipments are handled by reliable domestic carriers (including UPS, FedEx, and USPS). Transport to your physical address requires 3–8 business days (Monday through Friday).

Order Tracking & Split Shipments

Address Accuracy & Missing Packages
Securing a flawless delivery depends heavily on the accuracy of the submission records provided at the time of purchase:
Customer Responsibility: It is the customer’s sole responsibility to verify that the complete shipping address—including suite numbers, floor numbers, and specific company names—is entirely correct before finalizing payment.
Address Adjustments: We cannot alter, redirect, or cancel shipments once an order has transitioned into active transit status. OfficeStorageHub assumes no liability for lost, delayed, or misdelivered shipments resulting from incorrect address inputs provided by the client. Any subsequent redelivery expenses incurred due to correction errors will be billed to the buyer.
Delivered but Missing Parcels: If your tracking tracking updates indicate a status of “Delivered” but you have not physically received the parcel, please perform an inspection of your immediate property, checking secondary drop zones, and consulting with neighbors or building managers. If the parcel remains unlocated, you must contact the respective carrier directly to file a formal missing package claim. OfficeStorageHub will assist you by providing relevant shipment verifications, but we cannot assume responsibility for parcels once they are officially verified as delivered by the carrier tracking logs.
Damaged in Transit

Reporting Window: If your shipment arrives with structural damage, you must notify our support team via email within 48 hours of package delivery.
Documentation Requirements: To successfully initiate a cargo insurance claim, please transmit a clear set of photographic evidence to [email protected]. The email must contain high-resolution images showing the physical damage to the item, along with clear documentation of the external shipping box, including the visible shipping label.
Resolution: Upon reviewing valid photographic evidence within the required timeframe, our team will prioritize arranging a replacement unit or executing a partial or full refund in accordance with the damage scale.
