Return Window & Eligibility
We strictly enforce a 30-day return window, calculated directly from the date of delivery. If 30 days have elapsed since your package was marked as delivered by the carrier, we regretfully cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Protection against structural transit damage: Desktop file organizers, metal mesh file trays, and clear acrylic sorters are highly susceptible to structural deformation or cracking if improperly packed. Your return must be securely packaged using the original manufacturer’s box and all internal protective inserts (such as foam molds and bubble wrap). Any metal mesh panels returned bent, or acrylic pieces returned scratched due to negligent return packaging, will be classified as damaged and immediately rejected for a refund.
How to Initiate a Return
Important Notice: Do not, under any circumstances, blindly mail your package back to the original sender’s address listed on the shipping label or our corporate correspondence address. Doing so will result in a lost package and the forfeiture of your refund.

We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Restocking Fees
We value absolute transparency in our pricing structure. officestoragehub proudly enforces a $0.00 Restocking Fee policy. You will not be penalized with hidden administrative charges for returning an eligible, undamaged item.
Refund Process & Timeline
Once your returned item is delivered to the authorized returns address, it will be thoroughly reviewed within 1 to 3 business days to ensure it meets our strict eligibility criteria.
Upon successful verification of the item’s condition, your refund will be immediately processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please be advised that, depending on your financial institution, it typically requires an additional 5 to 10 business days for the funds to fully clear and reflect on your official bank or credit card statement.
Order Cancellations & Fraud Prevention
Order Cancellations: To request a cancellation, you must email us before the order enters processing. Our daily order cutoff time is 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET), Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 5:00 PM can be cancelled within 12 hours of the next business day’s cutoff time. Once an order has been assigned a tracking number, it can no longer be cancelled. If you need to cancel, please email us immediately. Once the 12-hour window has closed, the order enters the operational processing phase and can no longer be halted. You will then need to wait for delivery and follow the standard RMA return procedure.

We reserve the unequivocal right to refuse refunds, reject future orders, and permanently ban accounts associated with suspected fraudulent activity.
